Employers for Change provides a central source of information and advice for employers, informing them on all aspects of working with people with disabilities and encouraging them to actively recruit, hire, manage, and retain staff with disabilities.

We do this in a number of ways:

• Providing consultancy and advice through one-to-one engagement with employers via phone, email and in-person or online meetings;
• Delivering disability inclusion related training to employers;
• Hosting a central web-based information resource incorporating guidance, toolkits and available supports;
• Providing and participating in awareness raising, and outreach activities, such as attending Diversity and Inclusion forums, speaking at employer focused events or conferences;
• Maintaining links with employer stakeholders and disability stakeholders;
• Facilitating research focused on the topic of disability in the workplace; P
• romoting the positive business case for the employment of people with disabilities.

This section covers resources from EFC research project developed into toolkits for employers, government supports for employers, and external resources that provide vital information on handling disability in the workplace.
